1. Products & Orders

  • We sell children's furniture: children's beds, children's study desks, and toy storage racks.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations (wood grain). These variations are not defects.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Safety Compliance
All children's products comply with:

  • CPSIA: Lead content (<100 ppm), phthalates (<0.1%), tracking labels (manufacturer, date, batch number) [1†L8-L11][7†L17-L20]

  • ASTM F1169 for full-size cribs / beds [0†L4-L7]

  • ASTM F2613 for children's desks [2†L8-L9]

  • ASTM F3096 for anti-tip devices on toy storage racks [3†L21-L24]

  • Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party CPSC-accepted laboratory testing [4†L30-L31]

  • 16 CFR Part 1500: Small parts, sharp edges, mechanical hazards

3. User Responsibilities & Safety

Critical Safety Requirements:

  • Follow assembly instructions exactly. Improper assembly can cause instability, tipping, or injury.

  • Use anti-tip devices provided with toy storage racks. Attach to wall immediately – this is required for safety.

  • Check hardware periodically and tighten if needed.

  • Do not allow climbing on furniture.

  • Do not exceed weight limits.

  • Place heavier items on lower shelves.

For Beds:

  • Use only the mattress size specified for the bed frame.

  • For bunk/loft beds, do not allow children under 6 on top bunk.

  • Keep away from windows, blinds cords, ceiling fans, and heaters.

For Desks:

  • Ensure desk is stable before use.

  • Do not allow climbing on desk.

  • Follow height adjustment instructions carefully.

For Toy Storage Racks:

  • Attach to wall using anti-tip device immediately after assembly.

  • Do not allow climbing.

  • Distribute weight evenly.

4. Product Registration
All children's furniture includes product registration cards per CPSIA requirements. Please register your product to receive safety notifications in the event of a recall.

5. Recalls
In the event of a recall, we will notify registered customers. You can also register with CPSC at www.saferproducts.gov.

6. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, failure to use anti-tip devices, overloading, climbing, accidents).

8. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
